This course is designed for the use of anyone who is  not wedded to any particular school or method in the search for the Self, or the Light within.  It is proffered as a treatment for the whole unhappy man, as distinct from an ointment applied to the skin. It is not yet another method of meditation, of which there are a score available, so much as suggested material for use in the daily meditation period & at all convenient times of the day.
